Bella Construction LLC is a commercial construction and remodeling contractor that specializes in build-outs and renovations for salons & beauty spaces across Cornelius. From full tenant improvements to targeted space upgrades, we deliver clean, on-schedule projects that do not shut your operation down.

Frequently Asked Questions

Both, and we can supply the paperwork before we mobilise if your building requires it.

Part of the job. Existing finishes come out and leave with us, and the space is cleared before the next stage begins.

A free site visit first, then measurements and a materials conversation, then a written quote that covers demo through handover. Nothing starts before you sign that.

It depends on the footprint and how much of it we can work on at once. Either way the dates are in the quote, not decided as we go.

We cover Cornelius and the surrounding area. Send us the address and we will confirm before booking a site visit.

Every project. What you approve is what you pay unless you request something outside the scope, and that comes back to you in writing.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The customer service was exceptional through every step of getting my floors replaced. The finished product was just as exceptional. I will use Bella again and happily recommend them to anyone else that has any flooring or remodeling needs! The best part was the team worked hard and finished the job in a day and left my house more put together than when they had arrived. You will not regret working with them.
