How much does new flooring cost in Charlotte?
Installed LVP usually runs from about $6 to $10 per square foot including materials, removal and trim. Hardwood runs higher and tile depends on the layout. The free in-home estimate gives you one exact number for your space.
Can you really install LVP in one day?
Yes. For most homes up to 2,500 square feet we remove the old floor, prep the subfloor, install the new planks and reinstall the trim in a single day. Larger or multi-level homes take two.
Do I need to move furniture?
No. Moving furniture, removing the old floor and putting everything back is part of the job and part of the quote.
Which floor is best for pets and kids?
Waterproof LVP is the most forgiving: scratch resistant, waterproof and easy to clean. Hardwood with a matte, wire brushed finish is the next best option and adds resale value.
